To start your day with raspberries means to supply yourself with many healthy nutrients, because raspberries are very rich in vitamins C, K and E, biotin, cooper and magnesium, manganese and potassium, folate and pantothenic acid plus dietary fibers.

1. Raspberries, blackberries and peach smoothie drink- it is so refreshing and nutritious, you can make it out of fresh or frozen fruits.

You need:

• 100 grams of blackberries
• 2 middle sized peaches
• 100 grams of raspberries
• 50 ml of milk
• 2 tablespoons of milk whey
• Ice cube (optional)

Preparation: Put the milk and ice in a blender to crash it and then add the fruit. First, start with the peaches then add the blackberries and raspberries plus the milk whey. Mix well and put it in 2 glasses! Enjoy!

2. Raspberry, pineapple and strawberry smoothie – recommended for breakfast!

You need:

• 100 grams of raspberries
• 100 grams of strawberries
• 100 grams of pineapple
• 1 middle sized apples
• 100 ml. of fresh orange juice
• 100 ml. of yoghurt
• Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation: Mix the fruit in a blender together with the orange juice and ice, than add the yoghurt. Put the smoothie in two glasses and fill them to the top! Bon appetite!

3. Raspberries cheesecake smoothie – a sweet and healthy dessert.

You need:

• 150 grams of fresh raspberries
• 2 big vanilla ice cream scoops
• 200 grams of cream cheese
• Juice from half lemon

Preparation: Mix all ingredients on a high speed in a blender and serve them with couple of fresh red raspberries on top.

4. Raspberry and watermelon smoothie – fresh, tasty and perfect summer drink!

You need:

• One big slice of watermelon
• 200 grams of raspberries
• 1 table spoon of natural honey
• 4 ice cubes

Preparation: Mix all in a blender and serve it immediately in glasses.

5. Raspberries, coconut milk and orange juice smoothie – exotic and very delicious!

You need:

• 100 grams of raspberries
• 200 ml. of coconut milk
• Juice from 2 oranges
• 200 ml. of Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 4 ice cubes

Preparation: Blend all the ingredients and enjoy your smoothies!
